The Band-All is the fastest and most reliable banding machine available today. In
response to the lack of professional, production quality banding machines in the
marketplace, Vekamo b.v. of Holland was inspired to design and manufacture the Band-All
to the highest standards. With over twenty-five years of banding experience, Vekamo
has incorporated innovative features that eliminate the problems that plague other
manufacturer’s machines. By incorporating features like an arch into all models,
the end user is assured of the most consistent operation. Available as stand-alone
semi-automatic machines or as standard or custom-built automatic machines, the Band-All
can be configured to meet any banding or bundling need. Technical data for machines
and material are available on this site.
With all the technological advances incorporated into the Band-All, from the vacuum
assisted infeed to pneumatic tensioning, its operation and maintenance are uncomplicated.
With few moving parts and linear motion from pneumatic cylinders, reliability and
up time are increased. The hinged front cover assures easy access to the internal
components. Inside and out the Band-All is designed with efficiency and reliability
in mind.
Our patented in-feed system utilizes a unique and innovative vacuum arch that allows
the versatility to band with a wide variety of inexpensive heat sealable banding
materials. This system is essential for consistent and foolproof operation. By utilizing
a vacuum to draw and hold the banding material to durable drive belts positioned
in the arch, the Band-All provides the fastest infeed system. By increasing speed
and reliability as well as eliminating tape jams in the arch, the Band-All sets the
standard for banding machines. Unlike arch-less or 'loop style' banders, the arch
system allows multiple bands per package without the need to remove the package
from the machine after each band. Additionally, the lightweight banding material
that can be used drastically reduces material costs. If the application requires
a heavier material, thicker films are available as standard items for the Band-All.
Control of the Band-All is easily accomplished using a six-button keypad with display.
Three user levels allow operators easy use of the machine, while settings and programs
can be available to authorized supervisory and service personnel only. The PLC based
Band-All is engineered with the future in mind. When purchasing a stand-alone machine,
customers are purchasing the same technology that is incorporated into our automatic
machines. With a simple hardware kit, the stand-alone machine can be converted for
integration into an automated banding line.
